However, for the past 16 years has primarily focused on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors designing and executing projects with innovators such as Codexis, CalCog, Enzymaster, CPhI, TriRx, Maxcyte, PPD, CellFe, Cell X Technologies, ProtaGene, and many others.

She spent much of her career on the business side of B2B publishing in sales, sales management, and publisher positions. She particularly enjoyed leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing website and magazine as the property's publisher for over seven years. Tonia has a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.

Sheyi Lisk-Carew

Sheyi Lisk-Carew specialises in complex business strategy and transformation projects where communication, inspiration, and cultural empathy are crucial to progress a project or programme from initiation to successful delivery.

With a 15+ year career that spans working in both private and public sectors for multinational IT, utility and energy companies globally, Sheyi has also worked with clients in merging multiple organisations, defining and implementing strategy, improving efficiency delivery capabilities, implementing systems, improving agility, and driving the desired change in disruptive and uncertain environments.

Sheyi is trained in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, BOSIET, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall. He also holds an Executive MBA in International Oil & Gas Management, and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management (MSc), following a dual undergraduate degree with Honours in Computer Systems Engineering (CSEng: BEng).
