The HBP team was tasked with repositioning and rebranding the identity of a company engaged in biotherapeutic manufacturing products. This required a redefinition of the brand’s target markets, generating engagement with key industry executives, and developing a marketing strategy to support significant rounds of fundraising.

Results: A $50 million fundraise, new business producing an 11x increase in market cap

Pharma Drug Development Product and Services

Market Expansion and Brand Positioning

The HBP team developed a USA Go-to-Market strategy for an API development product and services supplier to quickly build credibility with their existing contacts and to grow their client base through a dedicated sales, marketing, supply-chain, and regulatory presence provided by Haig Barrett team members.

Results: Established brand presences in the US with the appointment of a

local distributor, on-going digital thought leadership campaigns,and key

customer introductions.

Clinical Trials Supply Services

Market Assessment, Repositioning, and Brand Refresh

The HBP team was retained by a rapidly growing clinical trials supplies company to reposition its brand and to better communicate its value to customers. We  conducted extensive internal and external interviews and performed quantitative market analysis to articulate concise messaging and a compelling and differentiated value proposition.

Results: Key messaging , a new brand identity, and a logo aligned to strategic objectives backed by quantitative and qualitative research. Subsequent projects are addressing web redesign and multiple rebranding initiatives.

Health Care M&A

Product and Market Positioning

Our team was assigned to qualify technology platforms, formulate the go to market strategy, and identify and advance acquisition targets to create a new medical products business grounded in flow and motion control competencies.  We performed primary and secondary research looking for opportunities in titration, microfluidics, and drug delivery where a suite of acquisitions will deliver growth. 

Results: A new $100m medical products business.
